This provision shall not prevent AARONS INVESTMENTS LLC, from seeking preliminary or permanent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Upon notification of AARONS INVESTMENTS LLC, to elect arbitration, any dispute shall be immediately stayed and referred for binding arbitration regardless of the nature or progress of the proceeding. The decision of the arbitrator shall apply the express intentions of the parties set forth in this Agreement and the laws of the State of Nevada, including, without limitation, any applicable statutes, regulations and binding judicial decisions, as such would be applied by the courts of the State of Nevada. You also agree to pay all costs of the arbitration proceeding initiated by you, including attorneys' fees and witness expenses. Any wording, procedure or statement in this agreement that is prohibited by the laws of its jurisdiction, will not void any of the other parts of this agreement as a whole or in part. Placing an order with AARONS Investments LLC constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms of this page, and you also acknowledge that any membership, subscription, or access fees are not refundable in whole or part, and that all sales are final. We are only obligated to provide to you what we advertise and nothing else. If you do not think that you will not be satisfied with what is advertised, then do not place an order.
